The Love Tomorrow Campus will be held on 5 May 2023 at a mesmerizing location: the historic Bourla Theatre in the Antwerp city center. The neoclassical theater seats 600 enthusiastic Creators of Tomorrow and will be the symbolic hub between the past and the future.

 

How to get there

The Bourla Theatre is located in the city center of Antwerp. Please use a bike, bus, tram, metro, scooter, train and/or your feet to come to Love Tomorrow Campus. If really necessary, there are paying car parks nearby.

Registration and Ticketing

To secure your spot at the Love Tomorrow Campus event, please purchase your tickets exclusively through the ‘Get Tickets‘ link on our official website. We offer a variety of ticket options to cater to your preferences and ensure a memorable experience.

Day Event Tickets (per session): Attend any individual session during the day by purchasing a ticket for just 5 EUR (inclusive of VAT). Select your preferred sessions and enjoy a day filled with sustainability-focused activities and discussions.

Evening Event Tickets: Get access to our spectacular evening show and afterparty with an evening ticket priced at 23 EUR (inclusive of VAT but excluding a 1.5 EUR admin fee). Mingle with fellow attendees and celebrate a brighter future for our planet.

Accessibility and Accommodations

Love Tomorrow Campus is accessible for people with disabilities. Here’s a summary of our accessibility features:

  • For those with difficulty walking or using a wheelchair, we have reserved seating in a box on the first balcony, accessible by lift and near specially outfitted restrooms.
  • Deaf or hard of hearing attendees can use the inductance loop in the Bourla for hearing aid compatibility or a vibrating chair to feel the sounds of the event.
  • For blind or visually impaired guests, we offer audio descriptions (AD) during Sunday afternoon matinees and a spoken introduction for evening shows. These introductions and ADs are available through headphones.
  • Escorts are admitted for free, and guide dogs are welcome with prior notice.

What are the opening hours of the event?

The Love Tomorrow Campus event opens at 9:30am. Please check our website for any updates or changes to the schedule.

What is included in the registration fee?

The registration fee for Love Tomorrow Campus includes full access to the event based on the type of ticket purchased. If you choose a Day ticket, you’ll have access to all daytime sessions. An Evening ticket grants you entry to our evening event, including evening sessions and after party. For those who opt for a combined Day and Evening ticket, you will enjoy the complete Love Tomorrow Campus experience from morning to night, immersing yourself in sustainability discussions, interactive sessions, and exciting entertainment.

What is the deadline for registration?

The deadline for registration is 12 hours before the event starts, unless tickets sell out earlier. Make sure to secure your spot in advance.

Can I change or cancel my registration?

Unfortunately, once you have registered for Love Tomorrow Campus, we are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to sustainability.

Can I get a refund for my Love Tomorrow Campus tickets?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for Love Tomorrow Campus tickets. Please ensure you can attend the event before purchasing your tickets. Thank you for understanding and supporting our sustainability efforts.

How can I get a receipt or invoice for my registration fee?

  • Bicycles: Use a Velo city bike from nearby stations such as Bourla or Rubenshuis.
