If you bought consumption vouchers online or purchased pearls at the conference, you can claim your refunds simply by filling in this refund form before August 14 23h59 CEST. Refund fee = 1 pearl.

Rest assured, if you ordered pearls online, we will automatically refund them to the account and payment method used. Please note, it’s not possible to obtain an invoice for your purchased pearls.
