Love Tomorrow Matchmaking
Matchmaking at Love Tomorrow Summit helps you connect with the right people based on shared interests, goals, and professional focus. Follow these simple steps to complete your profile and schedule 1-on-1 meetings that make your event experience more valuable.
Sign In / Access
Log in using your Tomorrowland account
- Access to matchmaking through your existing Tomorrowland login.
- This is typically the login you used when purchasing your Love Tomorrow Summit ticket.
- Directed to the “Welcome to Matchmaking” area.
- This is where you begin creating your matchmaking profile for the event.

Profile Setup
Basic Information
- Upload Profile Image (mandatory):
Your photo makes your profile more personal and helps others recognise you. - Fill in:
- First Name
Displayed on your profile and in searches. - Last Name
- Bio (short introduction)
A quick way to introduce yourself in your own words. - Email
Allows others to contact you if needed - Phone
Allows others to contact you if needed - Preferred Communication method
Lets your matches see how to get in touch with you.
- First Name
Note: Must reach at least 80% completion to access the matchmaking.
You need to fill in most sections before you can access the full matchmaking experience.
Privacy: Only confirmed matches can view your contact details (email and phone number). Others won’t have access.

Professional Information
Fill in:
- Job Title
Shows your current role to others viewing your profile. - LinkedIn URL
Gives people a quick way to learn more about your experience. - Company Name
Indicates where you work and helps match by industry. - Company Website
Optional link for more details about your organisation. - Company Size
Used for filtering and finding relevant peers. - Industry
Helps match you with others in or outside your sector.

Goals and Interests
Select:
- Summit Visitor Type
Defines your role at the summit (e.g., Speaker, Partner, Attendee). - Looking for
Describe what kind of person or opportunity you’re hoping to find. - Offering
State what you bring to the table or want to share. - Reasons to attend
Choose your main objectives (like networking or collaboration).

Profile Overview
Once the setup is complete:
- Land on your Profile Page (100% Complete)
You’re now ready to browse and be seen by others. - Can view or edit profile
You’re free to update any section at any time. - See all filled-in sections
Everything is visible and organised for quick review.

Browse Profiles
Once setup is complete, you’ll land on the overview page, where you can browse all matchmaking participants.
Filter by:
- Visitor Type
Narrow down people based on their summit role. - Reasons to Attend
Find people whose goals align with yours. - Company Size
Match with individuals from similarly sized organisations. - Industry
Focus on specific sectors or explore cross-industry connections. - Investment Focus (if you search for investors)
- Investment Ticket Size (if you search for investors)
- Funding Stage (if you search for startups)
- Seeking Investment (if you search for startups)
- Type of Investors Wanted (if you search for startups)
Search bar and tag filters refine results → Quickly locate specific people or topics using keywords or tags.
Each profile card shows:
- Name, Job, Company
Gives you a snapshot of who they are professionally. - Bio preview
Shows the first lines of their personal introduction. - Buttons: View Profile or Book Meeting
Choose to learn more or directly request a meeting.
Request a Meeting
On another participant’s profile, click “Book Meeting” to open the scheduling form.
This allows you to formally request a one-on-one meeting with someone at the event.
Select Location
Choose the matchmaking venue from the list, where the physical meetings will take place.
If you choose to meet at the Melodia Matchmaking Café, the tool will automatically assign a table number once the meeting request is accepted.
Select Time Slot
Message (optional)
You can include a short message to introduce yourself, confirm meeting goals, or give context.
Click “Request Meeting.”
Once submitted, the other person will receive your invitation and can accept or decline the meeting.
Note: Your contact details (email, LinkedIn, etc.) will only become visible to the other person after they accept your meeting request, not before.

My Agenda: Stay on top of your schedule
Use the My Agenda section to manage all incoming and outgoing requests and keep your schedule organised.
My Day Schedule
- View all your confirmed meetings, including details and timings.
- Accept or decline incoming requests. If you decline, you can still attach a message and optionally make your contact details visible if you’d like to connect at another time.
- Cancel any outgoing requests you no longer wish to pursue.
- Use the ‘Block Slot’ function to mark yourself as unavailable, ideal for moments you don’t want interrupted, like a keynote or a panel talk.
Pending
- See a full overview of all pending incoming and outgoing requests.
- Accept or decline new requests. As with the main schedule, you can add a message or share contact details when declining if you’d prefer to meet at a different moment.
- Cancel outgoing requests that are no longer relevant.
Cancelled
- Browse all cancelled meetings, both those you sent and those you received, for easy reference.
Premium Impact Circle Verified Users
Attendees of the exclusive side event, The Impact Circle, will be highlighted in the tool with a blue check icon and gain access to premium matchmaking features:
- An Impact Circle Verified badge
- Prioritised placement at the top of search results.
- Exclusive access to a premium meeting area on Wednesday.
