Your Guide to a magical festival experience
Working at a mountain festival requires careful planning, adaptability, and a strong sense of camaraderie. Alongside the entire crew and partners, the collective goal is to make a positive impact because we Love Tomorrow.

Your travel and stay during the festival
Pack light and buy responsibly.
- Only bring the necessities, much easier, lighter, and better for the environment because you use less fuel.
- Be thrifty with ski clothing and equipment, you don’t need new every year. Invest in high quality and sustainable materials or rent your clothing.
Reduce, reuse, recycle
- Reduce as much as possible packaging and invest in reusable packaging.
- Keep your workspace clean at all time.
- At Tomorrowland winter, recycling is a must! Separate your plastic bottles, cans and beverage containers and don’t leave anything lying around.
- At the festival site of Tomorrowland Winter, only reusable cups, plats and cutlery are used. Always bring those back to the foreseen return points.
Transport
- Carpool with your colleagues to reduce your carbon footprint. It’s the minimum you can do and is way more fun!
- In Alpe d’Huez, let’s ditch the car for a while and go for shuttles driving on sustainable fuel or a walk.
- Plan logistics well in advance, considering the type of terrain, available transportation, and any restrictions. Opt for lightweight and durable equipment.
Energy and water use
- Smartly manage the lights and heating and in your accommodation. It’s those little things that matter!
- Use water responsibly. Fix leaks promptly and avoid unnecessary water consumption.
Always respect the mountains
- Respect wildlife and flora; observe from a distance without disturbing their habitat.
- Do not use products that harm nature and the mountains.
While working at the festival
For your body
- Stay hydrated, apply sunscreen, use moisturizer, and protect your skin from drying out due to the cold air and wind.
- Wear layers of clothing according to the 3-layer system (thermal-fleece-jacket) and take those stretch breaks to stay flexible and warm. We just want to see warm, smiling faces!
- Eat healthy and eat a variety of foods, fruits, and veggies. This will make you feel way better.
Safety & Comfort
- Safety first, always! Watch out for slipperiness, put on appropriate footwear.
- At the festival site free earplugs are available. You can get them at the info points.
Local sourcing and equipment
- Support local businesses for supplies and services.
- Choose products with minimal packaging and prioritize those made from sustainable materials.
- Prioritize the use of sustainable materials in construction and maintenance projects.
Respect each other
- Respect each other’s integrity and make each other feel safe. Make sure everything you do is consensual. This means there is mutual agreement between two or more people to engage in interaction.
- If you would feel unsafe, notice that our staff is always happy to help you. Help each other if you see someone who needs it.
Carbon Footprint.
In 2024, Love Tomorrow will calculate Tomorrowland Winter’s carbon footprint. All suppliers and crew members will be requested to provide necessary information. Keep information about transport, consumption, products in an overview to have this collected as soon as possible.
Spread the love.
During Tomorrowland Winter, the top three Love Tomorrow ambassadors among the crew, who demonstrate the most responsible behavior, will be rewarded.
