General Terms and Conditions of Sale – Love Tomorrow Summit 2025
Article 1. Application of general terms and conditions
- These ‘general terms and conditions of sale – Love Tomorrow Summit 2025’ (hereinafter referred to as the “General Terms and Conditions”) apply to all activities (summit and any other continuing education activities) linked to the Love Tomorrow Summit 2025 (hereinafter referred to as “Activity(ies)” organised by the LTC Private Foundation with its registered office at Korte Vlierstraat 6 box B211, 2000 Antwerp and registered with the KBO with number 0784.775.827 (hereinafter referred to as “LTC”).
- Any registration, booking, reservation or payment by the Customer (i.e. the person that enters into the current purchase agreement) for any Activity by LTC implies the explicit, unconditional and irrevocable acceptance, without any reservation whatsoever, of these General Terms and Conditions by the Customer (as well as by any person on whose behalf the Customer completes such registration, booking, reservation, or payment), who acknowledges having taken note of their content.

- LTC reserves the right to amend and/or update these General Terms and Conditions from time to time. Such changes shall be announced on the LTC website and, if such amendments and/or updates would apply to uncompleted Activities (if any), by e-mail at the e-mail address provided by the Customer.
- These General Terms and Conditions do not in any way affect any mandatory legislation applicable to the Customer who is a consumer within the meaning of Article I, 1, 2° of the Economic Code, namely: “any natural person acting for purposes which are outside his trade, business, craft or profession”.
Article 2. Reservations and registrations
- The Customer acknowledges and accepts that all LTC Activities are only accessible for the age categories shown on the website and in the ticket shop.
- Unless otherwise agreed between LTC and the Customer, only registrations, bookings or reservations for Activities via the LTC website shall be registered and accepted.
- Unless otherwise expressly agreed, the order placed by the Customer is irrevocable and the Customer may not amend the agreement after that point, except with the prior written consent of LTC.
- LTC reserves the right to refuse orders at any time.
- LTC reserves the right to place a limit on the number of tickets a Customer may purchase.
- To register, book or reserve an Activity, the Customer shall complete the online registration form for the specific Activity fully and correctly.
- If the desired Activity is still available, the Customer shall complete the registration procedure online by confirming his registration and paying for the Activity.
- After payment of the Activity by the Customer, the Customer shall receive an e-mail from LTC confirming the registration and a confirmation of payment.
- After payment of the Activity by the Customer, the Customer shall be required to create a Tomorrowland Account, which can be created at www.tomorrowland.com. When creating a Tomorrowland Account, the Customer will be asked to read and accept the General Terms and Conditions for the Tomorrowland Account. In the Tomorrowland Account the country of residence, nationality and age will be registered.
- For each paid Activity, the Customer shall receive an e-ticket which must be personalised by entering the name, email address, gender, date of birth, mobile number, and address of the Visitor (i.e. the person participating in the Activity with a valid ticket). Unless otherwise stated by LTC, this personalisation of the entry ticket must take place within the period specified in the ticket confirmation email sent to the Customer. After this period, the personalisation is definitive, and the personal data provided may no longer be added or changed. LTC reserves the right to cancel and void tickets for the Activity for which personalisation has not taken place within the relevant period. If the Customer purchases an Activity not only for himself but also for others, this shall be at the Customer’s sole responsibility and Customer shall be required to transmit their personal data to LTC in the context of the personalisation of such ticket, as stated herein.
- Tickets will be sent to the Visitor prior to the start of the Activity at the email address provided by the Visitor, provided that the full price of the tickets is paid. Upon receipt of the tickets, they must be checked for accuracy by the Visitor. If the tickets purchased have not been received on time by the relevant Visitor, or if any defects or errors are found in the tickets, the Visitor must report this to LTC immediately and in writing.
- The Visitor must have a valid ticket and valid ID when entering the Activity.
- A ticket is issued once to the Visitor and provides only the holder of the ticket with (one-time) access to the Activity and the venue, in accordance with the conditions and/or instructions of LTC and/or the venue stated thereon.
- The tickets are and remain the property of LTC. From the moment the ticket was made available to the Visitor, the risk of loss, theft, damage or misuse thereof rests with the Visitor. LTC accepts no liability whatsoever for loss of or damage to tickets due to any cause whatsoever. In the event LTC is requested by the Visitor to provide replacement tickets, LTC shall be entitled, at its sole discretion, to refuse to do so or to charge reasonable costs for doing so.
- The agreement between LTC and the Customer is in any case only concluded when the written confirmation of registration has been sent by LTC.
- Each registration that is confirmed by LTC is definitive. Except where mandatory legislation stipulates otherwise, the Customer cannot cancel a registration or claim a refund. At the express request of the Customer via info@lovetomorrow.com and with the written approval of LTC, the Customer may allow a person other than the person who is registered to participate in the Activity.
- The Customer and Visitor are not permitted to (re)sell, offer and/or provide the tickets to third parties for commercial purposes.
- LTC reserves the right to verify the identity and age of the ticket holder in order to check whether this aligns with the name on the tickets and the applicable minimum age – if not – to refuse access to the Activity to the ticket holder.
Article 3. Price and payment
- The prices indicated on the LTC website are inclusive of VAT and are stated in euros. The offer and the price are valid on the day the website is visited and/or the registration, booking or reservation is made by the Customer. The offer and the price of the Activities may be changed by LTC at any time before registration, booking or reservation.
- All information relating to the Event, tickets and/or prices is displayed or provided as accurately as possible. Due to additional costs for e.g. reservation, payment and/or shipping, the prices for tickets may be higher than the prices printed on the tickets by LTC. LTC accepts no liability for any inaccuracies or omissions in the information provided as referred to above.
- Any discounts granted to the Customer for participation in an Activity shall be indicated on the website. Discounts cannot be combined and are automatically calculated. Unlawfully obtained discounts shall be claimed back.
- The Customer can only pay for the Activity via LTC’s online payment system upon registration.
- Unless expressly indicated otherwise in the description of the Activity on the LTC website, catering/lunch/drinks are not included in the price.
- A late arrival or early departure at an Activity shall not give rise to any reimbursement or compensation, even if this departure is due to an accident or illness of the Visitor.
- LTC does not issue tax certificates for Activities.
- Unless expressly mentioned otherwise, at the Activities cashless payments will be used as the sole payment method. LTC reserves the right to allow other payment methods, such as cash payments and/or payment via other electronic devices at its sole discretion.
- LTC cannot be held liable if the cashless payment system does not work, does not work without defects or works only partially during the Activity. In such event, LTC will provide a back-up system, for example by providing payment coins.
- Cashless payment systems are governed by separate terms and conditions, which shall be communicated and must, in order to be able to use the system, be accepted by the Visitor, ultimately at the time of the first top-up for the Activity.
Article 4. Changes to and/or cancellation of an Activity
- LTC reserves the right, in the event of certain circumstances, to make changes to the programme before the start of or during the Activity. In doing so, any adverse consequences for the Customer or Visitor shall be limited as far as possible. The Customer shall not be entitled to any compensation and/or reimbursement.
- LTC reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the Activity to another date or location.
- For organisational reasons, for security reasons, situations of unforeseeable circumstances, force majeure, or another demonstrable compelling reason, LTC reserves the right to:
- cancel or postpone the Activity, either partly or entirely;
- interrupt or stop the Activity;
- inspect any vehicle at any time;
- temporarily keep Visitors on the site, as applicable;
- completely or partly evacuate the site;
- deny access to the site, regardless of possession of a valid admission ticket;
- change the Activity’s program or schedule;
- make changes to any content of the Activity.
- LTC shall immediately inform the Customer at the e-mail address indicated by the Customer when one of these situations would occur prior to the start of the Activity. When the Activity is cancelled prior to the start thereof, the Customer shall be reimbursed for the price paid for the Activity without being entitled to any compensation (direct or indirect). In the event the Activity would be cancelled after the start thereof, the Customer will only be entitled to compensation thereof if and to the extent expressly required by law, which compensation shall never be higher than the price paid for the Activity.
- If the Activity is rescheduled by LTC to another date, the ticket will remain valid for the new date on which the Activity will take place. Unless otherwise expressly provided for a specific Activity, if an Activity is brought forward or postponed, the Visitor will be offered seats/tickets for the brought forward/delayed Activity (subject to availability) for a value equivalent to the price of the original tickets. If the Visitor is unable to attend the alternative Activity offered, the Visitor may, upon presentation of the necessary supporting documents, request LTC to proceed with a refund of the price of the tickets, excluding any shipping and transaction fees. LTC must be informed within the period of time it stipulates in case the Visitor cannot attend the reprogrammed Activity, failing which LTC will confirm the tickets for the new date and the Visitor will lose his right to any refund. Any refund of tickets will only be made in the manner indicated by LTC. Other (consequential) damages, direct or indirect, or expenses will not be reimbursed by LTC under any circumstances.
Article 5. Copyright and intellectual property
LTC reserves all intellectual property rights. The Customer may not copy and/or reproduce in any way whatsoever any brands/documents/images/information/course material/… of LTC without the express prior written consent of LTC. The purchase of tickets to an Activity does not include any license or right of use to any of the intellectual property owned by LTC or any of its partners and/or licensees.
Article 6. Liability
- Visitors enter the Activity and attend the Activity at their own risk. Except as otherwise required by mandatory law, LTC shall not be liable for any damage, from any cause whatsoever, to property (including loss and/or theft) or persons caused by or in connection with (participation in) an Activity.
- Except in the event of mandatory legislation to the contrary, LTC shall not be liable for damage, irrespective of the cause, to goods or persons caused by or in connection with participation in an Activity.
- To the extent that LTC is liable for any damage, this liability shall be limited to damage directly and exclusively resulting from an error by LTC, with the express exclusion of indirect damage (such as but not limited to: economic loss, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill, consequential damages, …) and this up to the amount that is actually covered by its insurance.
- For Activities organised by LTC for minors, the Customer shall provide all necessary information to LTC when registering so that the minor participant can participate in the Activity in optimal conditions.
Article 7. Rules of conduct and house rules
- Unless expressly mentioned otherwise on the (sales) website of the Activity, Visitors must be at least 18 years old to receive access to the Activity. LTC reserves the right to conduct identity and age verifications in the context of enforcement of the applicable (house) rules and applicable legislation (including, without limitation, regarding the use of alcohol).
- The Customer acknowledges and accepts that by registering for an Activity, and the Visitor acknowledges and accepts that by using the ticket and entering the venue of the Activity, he agrees to the policies of the LTC, its rules of conduct and policies during the Activity. The rules of conduct shall include the basic values of courtesy and respect for each other, speakers, LTC staff and for the material used during the Activities. If the Customer or the Visitor does not abide by these basic rules, LTC reserves the right to immediately exclude the Visitor from the Activity and to refuse further access to the Activity, without the Customer or Visitor being able to claim any right to reimbursement and/or compensation.
- LTC reserves the right to search the Visitor when entering the Activity. A Visitor who refuses to be searched may be denied admission to the Activity.
- The following items are not allowed on the Activity: food and/or drinks you have brought with you, glassware brought with you, plastic bottles (0.5 liter bottles without cap are allowed), water bottles, cans, drink cans (in any form, including drink backpacks), pets, (folding) chairs, stools, inflatable objects, umbrellas and parasols, selfie sticks, drugs and other narcotics, fireworks, (fire) weapons, dangerous objects and professional photographic, film and other recording equipment. Whether professional equipment is involved will be judged solely by LTC. LTC will confiscate (or have confiscated) unauthorized items at the entrance. If the Visitor refuses to surrender a relevant item or LTC concludes, based on the possession of a certain items that such person constitutes a safety hazard, LTC may deny that person entry to the Activity, without any right to compensation or reimbursement for the Visitor. If LTC takes custody of such items for the duration of the Activity, it accepts no liability for them. After the Event, the Visitor may pick up their belongings at the designated location. Illegal items or substances will be handed over to the police.
- Smoking is not permitted at the Activity, except in any designated smoking areas.
- Any fines imposed on LTC as a result of any violation by the Visitor of this Article and/or the terms and conditions of the Activity shall be recovered in full from the Visitor.
Article 8. Imagery
- By registering, the Customer and Visitor acknowledge and accept that LTC may take pictures and/or visual material of the participants during the Activities, either non-targeted or targeted (subject to valid authorisation) and use these for publicity purposes (including but not limited to: website, brochures, social media, …). In addition, audio and/or audiovisual recordings may be made by selected media partners for purposes of concert registration and/or promotion of the Activity.
- The recording of the Activity (including but not limited to: professional photographing, filming and the making of sound and/or visual recordings for commercial purposes) by the Visitor without LTC’s express prior written consent, is prohibited, as is the reproduction of and/or copying from the program (booklet), posters and other printed materials.
- In order to ensure the safety of the Visitor and the security of persons, buildings and premises, camera surveillance may take place with visible security cameras.
Article 9. Privacy and GDPR
LTC processes the personal data of the Customer and Visitor in accordance with the applicable privacy and data protection regulations, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation). Article 10. Applicable law and competent court
- All agreements concluded with LTC as well as any disputes relating thereto shall be exclusively governed by Belgian law, to the exclusion of the rules of international private law.
- In case of disputes between the Customer and LTC in relation to these General Terms and Conditions, the courts of the judicial district of Antwerp, Antwerp Branch shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
