Witnessing the effects of climate change firsthand, coupled with motherhood, inspired her to take action. After leading an impactful NGO and driving green initiatives at Mastercard, Elena focused on her great passion.

As the Head of +EARTH+, she spearheads a groundbreaking initiative to clean up soil & CO2 and enable a local circular economy.
