RAIN OR SUNSHINE: ALL SESSIONS ARE COVERED AT THE CONFERENCE
While our experts predict morning rain and a little bit in the afternoon, we’ve got you covered – quite literally. All conference sessions will be held indoors or on stages with roofs, ensuring you stay dry and comfortable throughout the event. So, bring your excitement and curiosity, and get ready for an inspiring day of inspiration.
PLAN AHEAD
There’s a lot going on at the Love Tomorrow Conference site: more than 35 speakers on 5 stages, partner activities, a job fair, fashion and much more. It’s impossible to be everywhere at the same time, so check our schedule and make a plan.
The doors open at 11:00. The first keynote sessions start at 13:15. The Conference will end at 23:00.
If you have an appointment at the Job Fair with VDAB: please be there on time.
STAY ORGANISED
Keep it simple. There is no fancy app, overloading you with information. Just visit this page for the map and the schedule. It’s all you need to get around. Do you have a question when you’re on the festival site? Don’t hesitate to visit one of the info walls or speak to one of our crew members, we’re happy to help.
HOW TO GET THERE
The Love Tomorrow Conference is held at De Schorre in Boom, between Antwerp and Brussels. We encourage you to come by bike, train or bus. You can find all information here.
If you have to come by car, don’t forget to purchase your parking voucher and to follow the instructions. Both the A12 and your GPS instructions will lead you astray and NOT take you to a parking. Please drive via the E19 Brussels, exit 8 RUMST and follow the local road marks.
CASHLESS
Cash will not be accepted as a payment method. You can charge your Bracelet at the festival site with a debit or credit card.
You can also purchase a top-up voucher in the online ticket shop and use that voucher to top up your bracelet on the festival site. Or you can scan the QR code on your bracelet and top-up online during the event.
DRESS COMFORTABLY
You’ll be doing a lot of walking and standing, so make sure to wear comfortable shoes and dress in layers. Belgian weather can be unpredictable, so be prepared for a range of temperatures throughout the day. Umbrellas are allowed. There will be a cloakroom available.
HAVE FUN
You’re there to unite with like-minded people, be inspired by visionary speakers and share your love and experiences. Keep in mind that everyone is there to have a good time.
