Love Tomorrow Matchmaking

Take networking to the next level with the brand-new matchmaking tool, designed to professionally connect attendees of Love Tomorrow 2024. Create your own profile and browse the profiles of other guests to send (and receive) in-person meeting requests for the festival.

Create Your Profile

1. Login/create your account on https://lovetomorrow.com/love-tomorrow-2024/ in the ‘Matchmaking section’ in the top menu.
   Please ensure you use the same account you purchased your ticket with.
2. Once logged in, find the ‘matchmaking’ section on the homescreen and start setting up your matchmaking profile.

3. Complete your profile and fill in personal details, bio and any other information you’d like other attendees to know.
4. Once you’ve filled out these details, you’ll be taken to the matchmaking overview page.

Discover Other Participants

1. Matchmaking overview page: here, you can browse the profiles of other matchmaking participants (and so event-goers).
2. Filters are key to tailoring your experience. Narrow your search using them.
3. Deep dive into the profiles of other attendees by clicking on their account and viewing their profile.

Book Meetings With Matches

If you see someone you’d like to get in touch with, you can send a meeting request through the platform. Simply:

1. Choose an available time slot that works for you both
2. Decide a meeting location from three designated spots at the event
3. Include an optional personalised message with the request
4. Wait for the notification to confirm if the other person has accepted

Manage Your Agenda & Requests

You can find and manage your matchmaking meetings (both your requests and confirmed meetings) on the agenda section.

1. Agenda: Discover your upcoming meetings including the time, date and profile of the person.
   You can block specific time slots in your calendar if you wish to attend particular keynotes, for example. These time slots will not be available for booking meetings.
2. Pending: Check up on all the requests that are pending a response. This includes ones you’ve sent and received. Accepting will move it to your confirmed meetings, declining will move it to the cancelled section
3. Cancelled or declined: Find an overview of meetings you’ve sent or received that have been cancelled or declined

Contacting Your Matches

Accessing Contact Details:

• Once a meeting request has been accepted, resulting in a match, the contact details of your match will become visible.
• You can find these contact details in your agenda overview under the confirmed meetings section.

Importance of Accurate Contact Information

Updating Contact Details:

• Ensure your phone number and email address are accurately filled in your profile.
• Accurate contact details are crucial for your match to reach you effectively.

Privacy Assurance:

• Rest assured that your contact details (phone and email) are only visible to your matches.
• These details will not be accessible to other, non-matched participants.

Meeting Your Matches On the Day of the Event:

• Use the provided contact information to arrange the specifics of your meeting in advance if necessary
• Arrive at the agreed meeting location on time.
• Use the event’s designated meeting spots to ensure a smooth and productive encounter.

Privacy

Consent: When completing your matchmaking profile, you must give consent for your data to be visible to all other participants of the matchmaking tool.

Privacy Policy: By participating, you agree to accept the privacy policy of Love Tomorrow 2024. Ensure you read and understand this policy before completing your profile.

Visible Information: Your profile, including personal details and bio, will be visible to other matchmaking participants.

Hidden Information: Your contact details (phone and email) will not be visible to other participants initially.

Match Visibility: Contact details will only become visible once a meeting request has been accepted by both parties, resulting in a match.
