Chloé Rutzerveld is an inspirational speaker, author, curator and consultant, exploring the possibilities that technology and design can and will bring to food.
Her fascination with humanity’s relationship with food has led her to explore, question and share her findings on the ways in which design, science and technology can impact the future of food and how these disciplines can make it more efficient and sustainable.
After graduating Cum Laude from Industrial Design at Eindhoven University of Technology, Rutzerveld has gone on to publish her book ‘Food Futures – How Design and Technology can Reshape our Food System’, curate the exhibition ‘Food of Tomorrow’ for NEMO museum in Amsterdam, and act as the curator of the Embassy of Food between 2020 and 2022.
Bringing a fresh perspective to the culinary world, her talks are informative and inspire a new take, encouraging people to use their imaginations when approaching food.
